Our end-of-line Packaging experts offer an on-site audit of your portfolio of pallet patterns and current wrapping processes to identify an optimal combination of stretch film type/gauge, machine settings, and film consumption to ensure each pallet is safely wrapped for transport while using only a necessary amount of film.

Choose 2 Challenging Pallet Patterns

Wrap 4 pallets for film optimization          
- 1 pallet of each problematic load using  current wrapping machine settings          
- 1 pallet of same loads with WrapLogix suggested film and machine paramiters

Present each of the wrapped pallets to our Mobile VisionBench* to preform real-life load stability tests at your site. Our Mobile VisionBench* simulates any given pallet's reaction to a truck's emergency braking from 70 mph with test results showing the amount of freight-shift from actual forces the load will be exposed to.

Review a detailed report documenting film usage, machine setup, and pallet stability to compare suggestions vs, test results to determine optimal film + machinery setting to create the best outcome with focus on the following factors:
